At The Cottages on Wesleyan, our mission is to provide care and services to senior adults in a home-like residential environment. At all times, our staff has the needs of our residents foremost in mind and we always involve our residents’ family and friends. The living suites at the Main Cottage are designed to encourage independence and preserve dignity. We protect privacy, foster individuality, and nurture the spirit.
We have taken great care to design a home-like residential environment. The Main Cottage is a community gathering point, so there are many ways to keep active and social. The living suites supplement the social lives of our residents by providing a cozy and convenient place to call home. All of our living suites feature a living room and mini kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. Our residents don’t have to worry about cooking their own meals because breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in our main dining room. If our residents wish to have a private meal with friends and family, they can reserve the adjacent private dining room.
The living suites are designed to maximize independence and minimize hassle for our residents. Each room is equipped with an individual thermostat as well as a sprinkler system and smoke detector. Our staff takes care of housekeeping and laundry. The floor plans are spacious, ranging in size from a (310 sq. ft.) studio to a (658 sq. ft.) two-bedroom deluxe. The companion suites ensure that couples can stay together even when the need for personal care arises.
